Our Staff
Good staff are the lifeblood of any company and finding and keeping them is essential – possibly even more so in the cleaning industry where staff often work alone and unsupervised.
Additionally staff are expensive (the minimum wage is only a proportion of real staff costs) and therefore need investing in in terms of time and training. The training we provide breaks down into two key components.
Cleaning Skills Training
- We have prepared method statements for all tasks our staff will perform on your site.
- We use as few cleaning agents as possible and have the same products on each site.
Site Training
- We expect our staff to be fully conversant with emergency procedures on site.
- We will produce a written document listing specific requirements or procedures required on your site
Staff Monitoring
Because total staff costs are increasingly expensive all staff log in and out at the beginning and end of each shift. This system also enables us to ensure lone workers have left their sites.
