What does your office cleaning price include?

Our hourly rate includes all labour, supervison, holiday and sickness cover. We will provide all equipment and materials to perform the cleaning of your premises. 

How often do you check your work?

Depending on the size of your premises we check weekly, monthly or on small sites every 3 months. We will agree the frequency with you before commencing our services. 

How do you know where your staff are?

All staff are allocated a pin number. Your site will also be allocated a work area number (usually based on your phone number). When staff arrive on site they will use the designated phone to dial a freephone number and log in and out of your site. 

What documentation do you provide?

When we start we will provide you with an agreed cleaning specification, a generic risk assessment with added details relevant to your site, risk assessments/method statements for tasks to be carried out on site, data sheets for chemicals used. All of these will be in a Site Pack which will also include details of our liability insurances, Health and Safety, Coshh and environmental policies etc
